He is survived by: his close friend Kimberly England; his children, Shane of Neosho and Carrie O'Neill of Neosho; his stepchildren, Joe, Jessica Burnham of Webb City and Benjamin England of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Lincoln Cane, Kynleigh Pugh, Chase, Katie and Braylee O'Neill; his siblings, Ricky, Tom O'Neill, Darlene Kennedy and Terry Bullington; his half-sister Debbie Haas; his son Cody O'Neill; his mother Evelyn O'Neill (Pearson); and his sister Dawn Hall.
