She is survived by: her sons, Rick Leal, Bill Slade (Barbara) of Neosho, MO and Josh Slade (Julia) of Plantation, FL; her siblings, Terry Ely (Marilynn) of Glenpool, OK, Caron Shelley (Jim) of Sapulpa, OK and Dianne Ely of Webb City, MO; and her grandchildren, Brittany Leal, Zachary Leal, Cameron Cotton, Marina Cotton, Kelsey Slade and Ryan Slade. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
