He is survived by: his children, Todd Kahler of Independence, Leandra Cotton (Brent) of Neosho, Billy Charles Martin, Jr. (Cheryl) of Neosho and Melinda Martin of Neosho; and his siblings, David Kahler (Jan) of Skiatook, Oklahoma and Sharon Miller (Les) of Independence, Kansas.
