He is survived by: his wife Kay; his grandchildren, Chris Ellis, Brandy Ellis of Neosho, Jamie Foster, Chris Foster, Brittney Ellis, Sydney Ellis and Cassidy Ellis; his great grandchildren, Trey Foster of Neosho, Jacob Foster and Landon Ellis; and his siblings, Betty Halterman, Don Halterman of Mesa, Pete Cummings, Mary Cummings, Nancy Spangler and Diane Ellis.
