He is survived by : his wife Barbara Barker Fugatt; his stepdaughters, Linda Fugatt of Lawrence and Deanna Jones of Winter Haven; his stepgrandchildren, Tracy, Eddie, Andrew and Derrick; his sisters-in-law, Pat Wallace (Archie) of Ft. Scott and Betty Jo Gardner of Hutchinson; and his brother James Barker of Hutchinson.

Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association and may be left in care of the Cheney Witt Chapel, 201 S. Main, P.O. Box 347, Ft. Scott, KS 66701.
