It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Brownsberger of Nevada, Missouri, born in Blackwell, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Maurice Brownsberger and Allene Brownsberger (Smith); his former life partner Evelyn M. Heiman; and his son Richard Brownsberger. He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Coonrod (Hensley); his son Herb Brownsberger (Michelle); his stepson Jeff Coonrod (Lori); his grandchildren, Richard Brownsberger, Evelyn "Evie" Brownsberger, Kristy Churchill (Scott), Jennifer Brownsberger, Tracy Brownsberger, Ashley Powell (Brent), Erica Hough (Jeremy), Dylan Coonrod, Marli Walker (Ben) and Lani Coonrod; and his friend Raymond Rotert. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested in his memory to St. Mary's Catholic Church or Heartland Hospice c/o Ferry Funeral Home. *** Those in attendance will be asked to maintain social distancing and are asked to wear face masks to protect themselves and others.
