He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Morris (Cate) of Kansas City and Sherry Martin (Denzil) of Nixa; his niece Robin Martin of Springfield; his nephew Matthew Martin of Nixa; his close friend Gary Calhoun of Nixa; and his cousin Terry Plank of Clever.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Nixa High School Athletics.
