He is survived by : his wife Betty Ford; his daughters, Anne Smith of Ash Grove, MO, David Smith of Holt, MO, Kirk Sherwood of Kearney, MO and Johnnie Pulliam of Liberty, MO.; his parents, Opal M. Else and Betty Ann Cooper; his wife Anne Smith; his daughters, Mary Smith (David), Debbie Sherwood (Kirk) and Ginger Pulliam (Johnnie); and his grandchildren, Jacob, Caleb, Brianna, Lyn, James and Becky. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
