He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Edward Huey, Sr. and D. Lorene Huey (Randolph); his wife Darlene Louis Huey; his son David Edward Huey; and his siblings, Tom Huey and Kate Kresse Stanley.
He is survived by : his daughters, Tonya Huey and Christine Henessee; and his siblings, Jean Walker and Kenneth Dale Huey. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in honor of Howard to the Bishop Sullivan Center.
