With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Jane Woodley in North Kansas City, Missouri, born in Mercer, Missouri, who passed away on September 4, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Johnathan Archie and Gladys Marie Henry (Hendrex); her husband L. D.; and her siblings, Elmer Lee (Carrie), Hubert Archie Henry (Mildred), Ethel Cuppernoll (Earl), Betty Lou Hollinger (Eldon), Twila Wavaleene Maloney (Jack) and Evelyn Esther Niemeyer (Frank).

She is survived by : her former life partner Lowell David "L. D."; her children, Curtis, Kevin and Karen Houk (Steve) of Mercer, MO; and her grandchildren, Veta Hill (Tim), Rick Houk (Sheila) and Christopher Houk (April). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a. m. – 1:00 p. m. Saturday at the funeral home where social distancing will be observed and masks are recommended.
