He was predeceased by : his parents, David Elmo and Opal Couch (Bayless); and his siblings, Alene Emanuel and Lloyd Couch. He is survived by : his wife Bonnie Sue (Axsom); his sons, Roger Couch of Odessa, MO and Jeffrey Couch (Jo Couch) of Omaha, NE; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Haley and Carson Couch.
