He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Brown and Catherine Brown (Vaccaro); his grandson Edward Brown, Jr.; his great grandchild Rhyder Hudsynn Brown; and his brother Joe Brown.

He is survived by : his children, Edward Brown of Odessa, MO and Anita Wilson of Grain Valley, MO; his grandchildren, John "JJ" Brown, Chelsea Brown, Alex McWilliams, Jordan Brown, Breanne Burns, Konner Wilson and Alahna Wilson; his great grandchild Olyvia Brown; his sisters, Carolyn Clark of Higginsville, MO and Pam Heitman (Walt Speakman) of Odessa, MO; his niece Bethany Heitman; and his nephew John Heitman. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
