He was predeceased by : his brother Howard Studt; and also Carolyn Jeanette. He is survived by : his wife Ida; his children, Annette Ravens (George), Kent Studt (Jo Herian) and Glasco; his grandchildren, Joni Porter (Matt) and Jeanette Thompson (Andy); his great grandchildren, Idalynn Muriel Porter and Sabrina Bates; and also, Tiffany Bates (Brad), Tony Ravens (Theresa) and Chris Ravens.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Bohemian Hall Preservation Fund or Meadowlark Hospice of Clay Center in care of the funeral home.
