She is survived by: her sons, Brian Simmons (Cheryl) of Gilbert, AZ, Jeffery Simmons of Nashville, TN and Terry Eugene Simmons of Utah; her grandchildren, Nicholas Scott and Tarah Nicole Simmons; and her brothers, Rodney Black (Julie) of Olympia, WA and James Black of Olympia, WA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
