He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Cowan and Helen Cowan; and his child Mellanie M. Lewenczuk. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Cowan; his daughter Melissa Wyers; his grandchildren, Hannah Lewenczuk, Miah Swearingin (Devin), Calen Pappert, Joshua Lewenczuk and Julia Friederich; his great grandchild Ava Layne Swearingin; and his siblings, Gordon Cowan (Linda), Mittie Wally (John), Margie Jo Butler (late Rick), Larry Cowan (Mary) and Wayne. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
