It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Daniel T. Lewis of O'Fallon, Missouri, born in Saint Charles, Missouri, who passed away on March 9, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his wife Mary Ann Lewis; his parents, Evan Lewis and Katherine Lewis; and his daughter Mickey Bethmann. He is survived by : his friend Reva Weekley; his children, Sandy Wooten (Mitchell) and Daniel Lewis (Corrine); his son-in-law Dave Bethmann; his grandchildren, Rick Biermann (Danielle), Amanda Staats (Buddy), Susie Bethmann, Laurie Ann Bethmann, Alex Pangilinan (Jessica), Nicholas Pangilinan (Courtney Opich), Ashley Lewis, Nicole Kinner (Billy) and Jordan Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Dawson Biermann, Emma Biermann, Mia Biermann, Ava Biermann, Xavier Staats, Faith Staats, Ezekiel Staats, Madison Bethmann, Owen Bethmann, Rose Pangilinan, Ruby Pangilinan, Joselyn Kinner and Aubrey Kinner. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
