He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie, Sr. Owens and Elsie Owens; and his siblings, Robert Owens, Donald Owens and Jerine Owens.
He is survived by: his spouse Owana M. Owens; his children, Dawn Wolf (Tim) and Danya Galatioto (Mitch); his great grandchildren, Shiloh Wolf, Kalil Wolf, Gilead Wolf and Aemon Wolf; and his siblings, Audrelee Robinson, Shirley Maune, Charlotte Anderson, Alvie Owens, Jr. (Jackie) and Tim Owens (Brenda).
Memorials may be made in David 's name to the American Cancer Society.
