He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Brenda "Gayle" Conrad; his parents, Charles Conrad and Hazel Conrad; his children, Michael Shawn Conrad (Chrissy) and Dana "Scott" Conrad (Anna); his brother Charles Conrad (Cassie); his grandchildren, Nick Davis, Tristan Conrad, Canyon Conrad, Kaylee Conrad and Abby Conrad; his sibling's children, Alexander Conrad, Kimberly Porter (David) and Eric Crews; and his sisters-in-law, Dawn Douglas (Terry) and Elaine Miller (A. J.).

Memorials may be made in David's name to Siteman Cancer Center.
