He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Goforth and Laura Goforth; and his brother-in-law Buster Capone (Debbie). He is survived by: his wife Rose Goforth; his child Katy Goforth-Rhoads (Tom); his granddaughter Zoe Rhoads; his siblings, Lil Goforth, Ron Goforth (late Carol), Stan Goforth (Susan) and JoAnn Cenatiempo (late John); and his siblings-in-law, Diana Baldwin, Eleanor Capone, Mary "Bird" Looney, Maria House (Fred) and Sam Capone (Shontay). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
