She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald J. Haas; her parents, Irvin P. Stephens and Bernadine Stephens; her son Andrew James Haas; and her siblings, Mary Agnes Stephens, Irvin A. Stephens, John Stephens, Ruth Witzel (Dean), Mildred Mode (William) and Dorothy Roach (James).
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Haywood (James) and Linda Skotniski (Charlie); her grandchildren, Kaitlin McGinley (Thomas), Ashley Haywood (Tony Gambaro), Devin Kiser, James Biship and Lisa Biship (Ben Knobbe); her stepgrandson Adam Skotniski; and her sister-in-law Glenda Amey (Doug).
Memorial contributions may be made in Dolores's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
