She was predeceased by: her husband John Topel; her parents, Clyde Otto and Catherine Cotner; her son John Topel Jr. (Judy); and her siblings, Howard Cotner, Al Cotner (late Blanche) and Lenora Cotner.
She is survived by: her child Mickey Kirchner (Levi); her grandchildren, Marty Kirchner (Angie), Julie Worsham (Andy), Joe Topel (Gretchen) and Robin Daniels (Nathan); her great grandchildren, Chase, Viv, Max, Dylan, Kaylee, Abby, Carter, Alivia and Emmie; her siblings, Helen Jacobs (late Charlie), Blanche Nanney (late Hugo), Jean Emmendorfer, Jr. (late Lloyd) and Ruth Wilson (Troy); and her sister-in-law Annie.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic Baue Funeral Homes does require all family members and guests to wear a mask while visiting our facilities. Social distancing is required, and guests should stay at least 6 feet apart.
Memorials may be made in Ethel's name to the donor's choice.
