She was predeceased by: her husband Derrick Axe; her parents, Domanic "Red" and Mary Grajek; her brother Michael Grajek; and her sibling's child Hank Hartwick.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Axe (Cathy); her granddaughter Autumn Axe; and her siblings, Stanley Grajek and Theresa "Tootie" Hartwick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
