She was predeceased by: her parents, Clay Durham and Annaliese Durham; and her siblings, Richard Durham and Barbara Borghardt. She is survived by: her children, Timothy King, Kay Kuhlmann and Chris King; her grandchildren, Ryan Kuhlmann (Kelley), Rene Kuhlmann, Christian King, Kyle King and Kevin King; her great grandchildren, Jordan Dennis, Julianna Kuhlmann, Tristan Kuhlmann, Noah Kuhlmann and Layla King; and her brother Clarence Durham.
Memorial contributions may be made in Kathy's honor to Taylor Rozier's Hope for a Cure Foundation for Pediatric Brain Cancer.
