She was predeceased by: her husband James "Dan" Padgett, Sr.; her parents, Willie Thomas and Carlona Thomas; and her grandsons, Tristan Padgett and Ethan Brumbeloe.

She is survived by: her sons, James "Dan" Padgett, Jr. (Kate) and Ray Brumbeloe; her brother Robert Thomas; her grandchildren, Garrett Padgett, Cody Shannon, David Brumbeloe, Zach Harrell (Sidney), Brittany Harrell and Nate Harrell; and her great grandchildren, Nora and Abram.
