With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leroy Edward Hand (OFallon, Missouri), born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on March 4, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son David Hand; his wife Dorothy Hand (Jett); and his stepchildren, Walter "Stinky" Werremeyer (late Delphine), Jean Ellerbrake (Ed), Peggy Lunatto (late Joseph) and Harry Dale "Joe" Werremeyer.
He is survived by: his children, Hilda Hair (late Sammy), Leroy Brown (Carrie) and Tracy Moreland (Tom); and his sister Mildred Hand. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
