She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jerome Simmons and Shirlee Simmons; her children, Rachel Rainey and Dylan Weir; her grandchildren, Reagan Rainey and Addison Rainey (Larry Honeycutt); and her siblings, Scott Simmons and Lisa Kellogg. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
