He was predeceased by: his parents, Fidelis Paul and Wanda Lee Telker; his son Ryan Paul Telker; and his brother David Telker. He is survived by: his wife Barbara H. Telker; his children, Robert Loyd Telker (Mary), Roger Keith Telker (Christa) and Renee Elizabeth Wulf (late Dan); his grandchildren, Daren Telker, Lauren Pfeffer (Larry), Cameron Telker, Clayton Wulf, Brendan Telker, Nick Wulf, Josh Telker, Katie Telker and Garret Telker; and his great grandchild Evelyn.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Paul's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
