He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Buxton of Bonne Terre, MO and Amanda Hauk of O'Fallon, MO; his sister Janice Amidon of O'Fallon, MO; and his grandchildren, Jackson Buxton of Bonne Terre, MO, Emma Buxton of Bonne Terre, MO, Liam Buxton of Bonne Terre, MO, Isaac Buxton of Bonne Terre, MO, Nicholas Hauk of O'Fallon, MO and Emily Hauk of O'Fallon, MO. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
