We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2022, at the age of 79, Sara Lammers of OFallon, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roswell Pilkington and Charlotte Pilkington; and her siblings, Rosalyn Pilkington and Roswell E. Pilkington. She is survived by: her husband Gary Paul Lammers; her daughter Susan Maureen Lammers; and her siblings, Maureen Pilkington, Fred Pilkington (Marie) and John Pilkington.
