He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Banaszek and Larena Banaszek. He is survived by: his wife Carol Banaszek; his children, Gregory Guignard (Susan), Gerri Guignard, Tracy Hammmerschmidt, Kerry Banaszek and Dawn Banaszek; his grandchildren, Justin Guignard (Elizabeth), Charles Joseph Hammerschmidt, Tasha Hammerschmidt, Terra Hammerschmidt and Dillon Guignard; his brother Michael Banaszek (Julia); and his sibling's children, Michelle McGinley and Mark Banaszek. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
