He was predeceased by: his parent Evertt Cooper. He is survived by: his spouse Sylvia I. Cooper; his parent Mae Cooper; and his children, David Cooper (Debbie), Jerry Cooper and Joyce Busch (Don). He is also survived by two sisters and one brother, and preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.
