He was predeceased by: his parents, James Joseph and Phyllis Simon; and his brother James L. Simon. He is survived by: his wife Regina Simon; his children, Brianna Simon, Guy Simon (Tina) and Jeffrey Simon; and his grandchildren, Becca Simon, Kate Simon, Joseph Simon and Kendall DeProw.

Baue Funeral Homes is currently following CDC recommendations regarding mask and social distancing policies.

Memorials may be made in William's name to Five Acres Animal Shelter.
