He is survived by : his wife Edith Kay of Oran; his children, Kevin Riggins (Rachael) of Paducah, Tim Riggins (Christina) of Advance and Renee Campbell of Sikeston, Missouri; his stepdaughters, Tonya Foster (Bill) of Grandview and Ginger Haws (Jamie) of Dexter, Missouri; his siblings, Paul Riggins of Perryville, Missouri, Mary, Martha Riggins of Perryville, Elaine Galloway of Cape Girardeau and Rebecca Roberts of Bonne Terre, Missouri; and his close friends, Terry and Kathy Crow. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
