He is survived by: his siblings, Frank H. and Mathilda Twehous Veit; his uncle Sam; his aunt Annie Westerman; his wife Arlene Schenewerk; his daughter Leann; his son-in-law Craig Peden; his granddaughter Claire Peden of Grapevine, Texas; his siblings-in-law, Lillian Veit, Rita Rustemeyer, Kaye Meller (Ken), Olga Schenewerk and Bill Woods; and also Ed Cramer. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the St. Joseph Building Fund, the American Heart Association, or the donor's choice.
