It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Joseph Holtmeyer of Osage Bend, Missouri, born in Tuscumbia, Missouri, who passed away on March 13, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse John and Regina Catherina Holtmeyer (Luebbert); his children, Thomas Raymond Holtmeyer and Charlotte Braun; his grandson Adam Braun; his brother Alfred Joseph Holtmeyer; and his brother-in-law Robert Musick.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his daughters, Cynthia Hake (Troy) and Carrie Wilde (Fred); his son-in-law Greg Braun; his grandchildren, Alan Braun (Jessica), Ashley Shockley (Troy), Chelsi Price (Joe), Myranda Schwartze (Kenney), Jared Hake, Dalton Hake, Emily Wilde and Lucas Wilde; his great grandchildren, Jason Braun, Catherine Braun, Rylee Shockley, Ryan Shockley, Payne Price, Liam Price, Liam Hake, Ryder Price, Ellie Schwartze and Charlotte Schwartze; and his siblings, George Holtmeyer, Joann Feltrop (Richard), Irene Schaben (Kenny), Meta, Leonard Holtmeyer (Liz), Mildred Musick (Mike Cunningham), Aurora, Helen Branch (Jim) and Bernice Holtmeyer. He is also survived by his family, and taking his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the American Cancer Society.
