He was predeceased by: his parents, Odie Rutherford and Wilma Pauline Seabaugh Bollinger. He is survived by: his wife Judith of Overland, MO; and his children, Ann Pauline Bollinger of Reno, Nevada and Michael David Bollinger of St. Louis, MO..
