She is survived by: her children, Kathy Combs of Springfield, Linda Combs of Sparta and Douglas Combs (Deborah) of Piedmont, OK; her grandchildren, Jennifer Krantz (Jud) of Moore, William Combs (Allison) of Great Falls and Travis Combs (Ashley) of Springfield; her stepgrandson Stephen Miller (Belinda) of San Antonio, Texas; her great grandchildren, Izabella, Stephen, Makenna, Kaiden, Mason, Addison, Dezmond, Justin, Carson, Christian and Finleigh; and her sister Lorane Butcher of Ozark. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
