He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Sue Collins. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Leasha Pulley of Sedalia, Teresa Knight of Lebanon, Laura O'Bannon (Troy) of Wagoner and Brenda Greir of Lebanon, Missouri; and his nephew Rick Meese. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
