He was predeceased by: his parents, William Box and Georgia Box. He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Box (Barbara) of Eldridge, Shirley Cardwell of Ellington, Deloris Baty of Nixa and Dorothy Akers (Cal) of Panasoffkee; and his close friends, Nancy Rose and Jerry Rockholt. He is also survived by other relatives and a host of friends.
