He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvis Jernigan and Marie Jernigan (Sowards); and his sister Donna Blount. He is survived by: his wife Janice Wilkerson; his children, Mark Jernigan (Teri), LeAnn Snider (Tim) and Aaron Jernigan (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Hana, Morgan, Garrett, Clayton, Maycee, Colson and Collins; and his siblings, Bob Jernigan (Saundra), Barbara Blount (Jim) and JT Jernigan (Della).
