She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Cozzens; and her siblings, Velma Frye, Betty Cramer, Ralph Hall and George Hall.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Russell Cramer of Louisville, OH.. She is also survived by her children and their spouses, Harold and Linda Cozzens of Ozark, MO, Ray and Anne Cozzens of Ridgway, CO, Rex and Moon Cozzens of Escondido, CA and Shelva and Gary Johnson of Medina, OH; 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made, in her name, to the Canton Baptist Temple Children's Ministry.
