She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Forgey and Gladys Forgey (Chaudoin); her husband Lloyd; her son Steve Allen Payne; her grandson Jeremiah Ryan Payne; and her brother Richard Lee Forgey.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Eddings, Mike of Highlandville, Randy Payne, Sheila of Sparta, Dale Payne and Angie of Marshfield; and her brother Bill Forgey of Augusta, Kansas. She is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
