It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Fraser (Ozark, Missouri), born in Ashland, Missouri, who passed away on May 9, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Fraser; and her brother Conrad "Connie" Taylor. She is survived by: her parents, Clarence Lee Taylor and Lola Gladys Taylor (Christian); her son Robert F. "Rick" Fraser (Anna Fraser) of Ozark; and her sister Shirley Leavey of Springfield, IL. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
