He was predeceased by: his parents, David Kennedy and Sarah Kennedy (Allsman); and his daughter Kathy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie L. Strunk; his children, Carol Koeneke (David) of Arcadia, OK and David (Shannon) of Rogersville; his grandchildren, Casey of Cody, J. D., Michael, Ethan and Sarah; and his great grandchildren, Madalynn and Emily. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
