He is survived by: his children, John Chadwick (Heather), Jared Anderson (Kerri) and Jennifer Dawn Anderson (Joe Martinez); his grandchildren, Jeremy Tilton, Micheala Routh, Zachary Merchant, Stormie Martinez, Garrison Gritton, Payton Crutcher and Cameron Anderson; his great grandchildren, Grayson Tilton and Milo Wicklein; his sisters, Joni Smith (Rod) and Cindy Ginsburg (Mel); and his siblings' children, Jeremy O'Bryan, Julie Tomlin, Mackenzie Ginsburg and David Ginsburg.
