She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Fitzpatrick and Mamie Fitzpatrick (Bolin); and also, Lois Estes, Frank, Junetta Mooney, Glen Stine, Arva Stine and Charles.
She is survived by: her sons, Max Thomas (Barbara) and Donald Thomas; her grandchildren, Jennifer Cox (Michael), Melissa Bassett (Brandon), Carissa Roberts (Kris) and Zeb Thomas; her brothers, Roger Fitzpatrick (Beulah) and Jack Fitzpatrick (Peggy); and her sister-in-law Zona Fitzpatrick. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
