It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowell Irving Fay (Ozark, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on January 22, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Fay and Christine Fay; and his sisters, Linda Wheeler and Sylvia Hein. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Fay; his daughter MerriAnne Merlo; his grandsons, Joey and Alec Merlo; and his stepson Corey Harrington.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Greater Ozarks Audubon Society, a local chapter his father helped to found or a charity of choice.
