He is survived by: his wife Linda; his son Keith Surface; his spouse Melanie Surface of Ozark; his grandchildren, Maegan, Amy, Kimberlee and Simeon Surface of Ozark; and his brothers, Derrell Surface (Jan) of Hillsboro, Texas and Clarence Surface (Samona) of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
