He is survived by: his parents, Lillian Rublee (Nielsen) and Philip Byron Rublee; his wife Diane Rublee; his children, Greg Rublee (Maria), Kristina Rublee-Burry (Martin), Suzanne Rublee Vraa and David Rublee (Mary); his grandchildren, Austin Brown, Danielle Gottman (Chase), Wyatt Rublee, Leticia Rublee, Logan Rublee and River Rublee; his great grandchildren, Lucian Gottman, Dominic Gottman and Viktor Gottman; and his friends, Wayne and Dale Carlson. He is also survived by married a "gypsy." Neil loved all animals and had many dogs, cats.
