He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Claudette; his children, Rebecca Kinser and Perry M. Coley, Jr.; his grandchildren, Perry M. "P. J." Coley, III, Jayson Coley Kinser and Graci Belle Kinser; and his sister Carolyn Sue Welnick. He was also cherished by four nephews, a niece and many friends.
